Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at *contact@theleathergiftco.com. If accepted, we'll send return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval won't be accepted.*

Damages: Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us immediately if defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable: Personalized/custom products, sale items, gift cards.

EU customers: EU customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order for any reason, without giving justification. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU). By placing an order for a personalized/engraved item, you acknowledge and agree that this exemption applies.
